Ganesh Menon

Ganesh is the Head of our Shared Ownership team based at our Walthamstow Office. Since qualifying in 2002, he has handled conveyancing matters, specialising in Shared Ownership sales and purchases, New Build and General Conveyancing.

Ganesh studied Law at Anglia Ruskin in Chelmsford, Essex. He then divided his training between a North London firm and Southend on Sea.

Ganesh has developed a multi-lingual and international team which he leads with a distinctive calm and no-nonsense diplomacy. Responding to sudden influxes of work is a challenge for some firms, but Ganesh has organised a flexible and extendable resourcing solution which has proven successful on many occasions. Ganesh deploys this ability by leading the outsourcing operations and taking a primary position in New Business Development.
