Karishma Patel

Karishma has been with the Firm since 2007 and was admitted as a solicitor in 2009. Karishma specialises in residential conveyancing and acts for both private individuals and investors in a wide range of transaction, including those of high value. During her time at the Firm, Karishma has also actively assisted in developing the Firm’s Affordable Housing Department. She has an array of experience on the various Government schemes which are in place to assist First Time Buyers, from shared ownership new build purchases, to re-sales and staircasing. Karishma works alongside a highly knowledgeable and skilled team of people and she is able to offer her clients a friendly, knowledgeable and personal service.

When Karishma is not working, she loves to travel and has been fortunate enough to experience many different cultures from all around the world.

Karishma became a Partner on 1^st April 2014.
